Dr. Richard V. Condor is a board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon based in Cebu City, Philippines, specializing in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery, scoliosis and spinal deformity correction, and management of degenerative cervical and lumbar spine disorders. He currently serves as Chairman of the Philippine Board of Orthopaedics and Vice President of the Philippine Spine Society. Dr. Condor is affiliated with several major hospitals in Cebu, including Chong Hua Hospital, University of Cebu Medical Center, Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital, and Perpetual Succour Hospital, where he also serves as Spine Section Head. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Cebu Institute of Medicine and completed advanced fellowship training in spine surgery at the University of Basel, Switzerland, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Widely recognized for his expertise in modern minimally invasive spine techniques, Dr. Condor remains actively involved in spine education, certification, and orthopaedic leadership in the Philippines.
