Prof. Tsai-Sheng Fu is Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou, and Professor at Chang Gung University and National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He also serves as Executive Director of both the Taiwan Orthopaedic Association and the Taiwan Spine Society.
