A/Prof. Dennis Hey is a Senior Consultant Spine Surgeon and Associate Professor at the National University Spine Institute, National University Hospital, and National University of Singapore. He is also Head of Spine Surgery at Alexandra Hospital and Director of Clinical Services at NUH. His clinical expertise focuses on adult spinal deformity, motion-preserving surgery, minimally invasive and endoscopic spine techniques. A recognized leader in academic spine surgery, he has held multiple leadership roles across major institutions and societies, including the Asia Pacific Spine Society (APSS) Executive Committee (Research). A prolific researcher with over 150 publications, he has received numerous international awards, including the Global Spine Journal Best Paper Award and the Scoliosis Research Society Whitecloud Award.
