Dr. Billy Francis Hung is a Filipino orthopaedic and spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery. He completed his medical degree at the University of Perpetual Help Rizal – Jonelta Foundation School of Medicine, finished his orthopaedic residency at East Avenue Medical Center, and pursued advanced spine fellowship training at Gangdong Kyung Hee University Hospital Spine Center and Jeonju Korea Hospital in South Korea. Dr. Hung is affiliated with the Philippine Orthopaedic Association (POA) and the Philippine Spine Society (PSS), with clinical interests in degenerative spinal disorders, endoscopic decompression, minimally invasive lumbar and cervical procedures, and adult spinal deformity surgery. He actively participates in international academic meetings and currently practices at several institutions in Metro Manila, contributing to the advancement of contemporary spine surgery techniques in the Philippines.
