Prof. Seok Woo Kim is a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Hallym University School of Medicine and Director of the Spine Center at Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital, Korea. He obtained his MD from Yonsei University and PhD from Korea University, with advanced spine fellowship training at Johns Hopkins University and St. Joseph Hospital, USA. A leading authority in spine surgery, he has held major international leadership roles, including President of PASMISS and inaugural President of ISASS-Asia Pacific, and serves on editorial boards of several leading spine journals. Prof. Kim has authored over 100 scientific publications, performed more than 6,000 spine surgeries, and has received numerous prestigious awards, including the NASS Best Paper Award and recognition from the Korean government for his contributions to global healthcare.
