A/Prof. Wongthawat Liawrungrueang is an orthopaedic spine surgeon and Consultant at the Spine & Joints Center, Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. He specializes in endoscopic and minimally invasive spine surgery, with academic interests in surgical decision-making, advanced endoscopic techniques, and artificial intelligence applications in spine care. He is an AO Spine International Faculty member and leads the AO Spine Asia Pacific Frontier Technologies Research Study Group, with active involvement in international research and academic collaborations.
