Adj. Asst. Prof. Jiong Hao Jonathan Tan is a Consultant at the National University Spine Institute (NUSI), National University Hospital, Singapore, and serves as Programme Director of the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Programme at the National University Health System (NUHS). He also holds an academic appointment as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. His clinical expertise focuses on spinal surgery, particularly metastatic and primary spinal tumors. Prof. Tan is actively involved in research on artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in spinal imaging and diagnostics. He obtained his MBBS from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in Orthopaedic Surgery. An accomplished academic, he has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and received multiple research grants in spine surgery and musculoskeletal innovation.
