Prof. Zheng Zhaomin is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, where he serves as Director of Spine Surgery and Director of the Pain Research Center. He is also Deputy Director of the Center for Spinal Deformity at Capital Medical University. With more than 30 years of experience in spinal orthopaedics, Prof. Zheng specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, including PVP, PKP, and LaLIF procedures, as well as complex spinal deformity correction. Internationally recognized in spine surgery, he serves as President of PASMISS 2024, Board Member of the Asia Pacific Spine Society (APSS), faculty member of AO Spine International China Chapter, and Associate Editor of the Asian Spine Journal. A prolific academic, he has published over 80 SCI-indexed papers in leading spine and musculoskeletal journals, with major research contributions in intervertebral disc degeneration and regenerative spine science.
