Acute Quadriparesis and Airway Obstruction in C2 Spinal Tuberculosis: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Surgical Stabilization and Drug Hypersensitivity

This is a case of a 25-year-old male presented with a six-month history of progressive axial neck pain, significant weight loss, and night sweats. MRI showed destruction of the C2 vertebral body with associated prevertebral phlegmon diagnostic of cervical Pott’s disease treated with surgical intervention included a C2–C4 decompression, total C2 corpectomy, and reconstruction using a titanium mesh cage with anterior plating.
